Application Deadline: May 1, 2008
Program Deposit Due: May 1, 2008
Financial Aid: Make sure you have a completed 2007-2008 FAFSA on file with the Financial Aid Office in March/April. The Summer 2008 Financial Aid online application will be available April 14, 2008 on the Financial Aid web site.
All Summer Fees Due: June 16, 2008
Program Dates
Arrival: Saturday, June 21 - Plan to arrive at the school in Athens, Greece no later than 5:00pm to meet the director and the other students in the program. Early arrivals should expect to wait at the airport or get a hotel.
Travel day: July 5 - Day you will depart from your accommodations in Athens to travel by boat to Paros. Meet at the offices of HERC. HERC will provide transportation to the islands. It is important for all students to make no plans for that day and to be prepared to depart at the announced time.
Departure: Saturday, August 2 - Day you should depart from your accommodations in Paros and go back to Athens for trip home. ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME TO TRAVEL FROM THE ISLANDS TO ATHENS TO CATCH YOUR FLIGHT! We recommend that you book a flight home in the evening of August 2 or during the day on August 3, NOT BEFORE. Please do not book your flight for August 1 since you will have exams that day.
