Financial Aid : Summer aid is available through the UCSB Financial Aid Office (2214 SAAS Building) .   Visit www.finaid.ucsb.edu for more information.   If you have any questions about summer aid, contact them at 805-893-2432.  Make sure you identify yourself as a Greece travel-study participant.

Fee Payment and Deadline : All fees are due to the UCSB Billing Office (BARC) by Tuesday, July 15 at 4:00 PM.   The BARC office is located in 1212 SAAS Building; office hours are 9 AM to 4 PM.   For fee information, visit http://www.barc.ucsb.edu/.

To check your fees, log-on to your BARC account at https://mybarc.ucsb.edu using your UCSBnetID and password. All fees must be received by July 15.

8 Unit Fee Cap for UC Students: If you are a UC student taking 12 units of courses in Greece, any additional courses you take at UCSB during the summer are FREE! Note: you will still need to pay the campus-based fee, but you will not have any additional unit fees. So you can sign up for Session B, F, or G classes for no unit fees.

Transportation: Please see the(STA Travel Center located in the UCEN for student discounted travel fees and required Student ID Card with travel insurance package. You are expected to make your own travel arrangements. We strongly suggest that you get travel cancellation insurance.
